Department of Zoology carried out ‘Experiential Learning’/Study Tour to the Department of Bioresource, and CIRI, University of Kashmir on 16^th April, 2024. The purpose of this programme was to visit reputed laboratories at the Department of Bioresource and CIRI, Kashmir University in order to learn basic techniques in immunology, including ELISA and Immuno-electrophoresis. This initiative was aimed to act as an exchange programme between two Institutions, and to provide platform for inculcating practical skill development among the students as envisioned in the NEP-2020. A total of 35 students from BSc 6^th semester was part of this study tour. In addition, the students were accompanied by two faculty members and one non-teaching staff.
